Sohayl serves as the IT Operations Manager at DevCo, where he leads the company’s technology operations across end-user support, cybersecurity, and vendor management. He focuses on driving operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making, while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. His role supports both corporate and site level staff, with an emphasis on delivering a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Prior to joining DevCo, Sohayl progressed from hands-on support roles into IT leadership, building a strong foundation in technical operations and team management. He has led initiatives including system migrations, endpoint management deployments, and service desk optimization, leveraging KPI-driven frameworks to improve performance and scalability across IT functions.
Born and raised in the Greater Seattle Area, Sohayl enjoys the outdoors, long walks on the beach, spending time with family, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Sohayl graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Administrative Management in 2021.
