Dylan is the Senior Manager of Software and Data Analytics at Devco Management, where he leads the strategy and delivery of enterprise software solutions and analytics platforms that support the organization’s operational and financial objectives. He works closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to modernize reporting, improve data accessibility, and design scalable systems that enable informed, data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Dylan brings a multidisciplinary background that spans accounting, operations, and technology, providing him with a practical perspective on how data and systems support real‑world business needs. Prior to his current role, he held positions supporting property accounting and operational reporting, experience that continues to inform his approach to building effective, user‑focused analytics and software solutions.

Dylan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, where he studied Accounting and Information Systems, and later completed his Master’s in Information Systems (MSIS) at UW. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, Dylan enjoys snowboarding, spending time on the lake, and relaxing with his Yellow Labrador Retriever.
