Shawna joined Devco at the end of 2022 as Executive Assistant to President of Development David Ratliff. Her main responsibilities include providing support to David, working on projects for the development team and other operational items.

 

Before joining Devco, Shawna spent 7 years working in Seattle’s residential real estate industry. She was Executive Assistant to a top-producing broker in the Greater Seattle area.  Shawna has also been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington.

 

Shawna graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. In her free time, Shawna enjoys golf, skiing, pickleball, planning her next trip, and spending time with family and friends.
