Sean McKenna joined DevCo Residential Group in 2026 and serves as Senior Development Manager overseeing the Northwest Region (Washington and Oregon). He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, financing, feasibility analysis, due diligence, architectural and design decisions, and overall project team coordination for the acquisition/rehabilitation and new construction of both affordable and market-rate multifamily communities throughout the region.
Sean brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate where he managed, constructed (self-perform) and developed for a diversified family-owned real estate company. The firm’s portfolio included conventional and affordable multifamily housing, self-storage, industrial, and commercial properties across the Pacific Northwest.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Western Washington University. He also completed international business studies in London and construction coursework at San Diego State University. He holds a Managing (Designated) Broker license in the State of Washington.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys skiing, working out, attending concerts, and spending time with his wife and four children.
