As the Development Manager for the Southwest region, Griffin serves as the lead for all project opportunities in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada. Griffin leads all tasks related to sourcing, underwriting, and executing on development transactions including overseeing regulatory applications, raising debt, equity, and subsidy capital, managing internal and external design teams, and leading entitlement efforts.

Prior to joining the team at DevCo, Griffin worked for CBRE Affordable Housing, the largest broker of Section 42 properties nationwide. Griffin’s work included valuing over $3.5 billion worth of Section 42 assets, as well as managing the valuation pipeline for CBRE Affordable Housing’s top-producing brokers.

Griffin received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. In his free time, Griffin enjoys time outdoors, attending Husky sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. He is an avid reader and an Eagle Scout.
