As the Financial Accounting Manager, Faith oversees all development-related financial activities from acquisition through project completion. Her team is responsible for managing and improving core accounting functions, financial reporting, budget tracking, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Prior to joining DevCo, Faith began her career at Dominium. Her experience in both property and development accounting has provided a well-rounded understanding of real estate finance—from ground-up development to stabilized operations. This background has equipped her with the expertise and cross-functional insight needed to manage the full financial lifecycle of active development projects.

Outside of work, Faith enjoys playing and coaching pickleball at Pure Pickleball Club in Plymouth, MN. She’s passionate about travel, making the most of Minnesota’s summer months outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Mango.
