Domenic Spencer joined DevCo in April 2023, where he serves as a Development Associate focusing on the Midwest. Spencer is responsible for underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction.
Spencer holds a Bachelors of Architecture from Kennesaw State University and a Masters of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management from University of Alabama-Birmingham.
Prior to joining DevCo, Spencer was an Assistant Development Director for Pivotal Housing Partners, where he assisted with the due diligence, entitlement and construction projects in North Carolina and Georgia. Outside of work, Spencer is involved in local and international ministry, teachings others how to discover their purpose in life.
