As Vice President of Asset Management at DevCo Residential Group, Michael Snowdon leads a high-performing team focused on maximizing portfolio value and operational excellence across a diverse nationwide multifamily platform. Michael is a strategic and forward-thinking leader who combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on industry expertise. He works cross-functionally with development, construction, and property management teams to enhance asset performance, optimize returns, and deliver consistent value across every stage of the investment lifecycle.
Before joining DevCo, Michael built a distinguished 30-year career leading asset management for two national tax credit developers. In these roles, he was responsible for optimizing performance across extensive multifamily portfolios, navigating complex regulatory environments, and consistently delivering strong financial and operational outcomes.
Outside of the office, Michael and his wife are passionate about spending time with their grown kids and sharing life with them. He is also deeply committed to community service, having volunteered for the past 10 years with his local police department through the Volunteer in Police Service (VIPS) program. In this role, he regularly engages with the public, helping to educate and strengthen relationships between the community and law enforcement.
