Joey joined DevCo Residential Group in 2026 as the Development Manager for the Northwest Region.  He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, and executing multifamily development opportunities throughout the Northwest.  His responsibilities span the entire development process, including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, and regulatory approvals, design coordination, and project financing.  

 Joey has spent more than 10 years in the construction and housing industry, with the past five years focused on affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development.  Joey is passionate about housing and the role that thoughtful development can play in expanding the supply of quality, attainable homes.  

 Joey graduated from Boston College and, after a brief stint working in the Northeast, he returned to the Pacific Northwest, which he has always been proud to call home – and still considers the most beautiful place in the country.  Outside of work, Joey can usually be found enjoying all the PNW has to offer, whether on the water, on the golf course, or off on another adventure, usually alongside the friends he feels very lucky to have here.
