As Vice President of Human Resources, Joan Toigo is responsible for leading the company’s talent strategy, planning and operations including recruiting, employee relations, performance management & evaluation, talent development, compensation, benefits, payroll/operations, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Joan brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Employment Law, spanning a variety of industries including technology, wireless, financial services and multi-state/location retail. In addition, Joan has a background in employment law and is a retired member of the California State Bar.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento and a Juris Doctorate degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of law. Joan’s certifications include the SHRM Senior Human Resources Professional designation and Thomas International & MBTI certified facilitator credential.
