David has 35 plus years of Finance and Accounting experience with over half of that time devoted to real estate development and management. He divides his focus on managing and supporting staff as well as resolving some of the more complex accounting issues and opportunities that present themselves to his finance and accounting team.
In the years since joining Development Residential Group, David has supported extensive growth outside of Washington State, interfaced regularly with external 3rd party accounting managers, implemented corporate budgeting processes and reporting as well as ran point with outside audit and tax firms during the annual audit and tax cycles.
Outside of the office, David loves to travel and explore the more remote, off beat places of Earth. From Idaho to Egypt, Bhutan to Peru, Scotland and beyond, he loves to explore the road less traveled. He is also lucky enough to have been adopted by a pack of Siberian Huskies who pretty much book end his days with walks and occasional howling fests.
