Alan joined DevCo in 2022 as an Asset Manager with responsibility for DevCo’s multi-family real estate portfolio in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. He acts as a representative of the owner for each property and is responsible for ensuring that the long-term financial and physical health of the properties meet DevCo’s objectives.

Alan’s previous experience includes Director of Asset Management at Avenue, Real Estate Program Officer at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Asset & Operations Manager at The Houston Housing Authority, Asset Manager at The Chicago Housing Authority, various positions at US Bank, PNC (National City) & Chase (Bank One), and as a contract consultant for several Municipalities, Nonprofits, and Foundations.

Alan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern University and A&M College and an M.B.A in Real Estate and Finance from Roosevelt University.

In his free time, Alan enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
